Patsy Moden has been a resident of Palm Coast, Florida since 1977. Patsy began her real estate career in 1986. She later joined ITT Community Development in 1988 where she worked until 1995. During her time with ITT, Patsy was always recognized as a top producer, earning Salesperson of the Year honors 5 times.
Over the last decade Patsy has been an integral part of the success of some of the finest communities in Palm Coast, including Grand Haven, Ocean Hammock and Hammock Beach.
